Return & Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled anytime before shipment by contacting our customer service at +974 44 860 174 or emailing bizconnect@qstardoha.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
Once cancelled, a confirmation will be sent to your registered email.
If the order has already been shipped, you may still be eligible for a return or refund after delivery.
Note: Items on promotions or discounts (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1, Combo Offers, Minimum Spend Offers) are not eligible for refund or cancellation.
Returns
Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To qualify:
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) must be provided.
• Used or altered items will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items include:
• Gift cards
• Hygiene or personal-use products
• Perfumes once opened
• Items without original packaging or proof of purchase
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you'll receive an email confirming the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14–21 working days (excluding Fridays and public holidays).
If you have not received your refund within the mentioned timeframe, please check with your bank or card provider. For assistance, contact bizconnect@qstardoha.com.
Note: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Promotional or sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered.
For exchanges, email bizconnect@qstardoha.com with your order number and item details.
Return Shipping
A QAR 10 return shipping charge applies to customer-initiated returns.
This fee is waived if the item was defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered by MyQart.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting the return shipping cost where applicable.
Delivery time for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
